What would this town look like? I imagine like a lot of the old downtowns of other Ontario towns. PDLC doesn't really have huge condo towers with 100s of units. Most buildings are small 3-5 story buildings with typically one whole unit per floor. There are a few towers, but were talking about 10s of towers among a couple thousand low rise buildings. You'll also see that most businesses are in the same buildings just occupying the street level part. There are a few commercial only buildings, but the vast majority of buildings are both residential and commercial.
